Things to do

There are several small family run stores only short walk from the Villa selling freshly baked bread every day and the restaurants are only about a 10-15 minute walk, or you could catch the bus which stops a 2 minute walk away. The Calis Beach has a long sand/shingle beach and promenade filled with shops & restaurants. Not far from the Villa is the Aqua Park (http://www.sultansaquacity.com/) again only around a 10 minute walk towards Calis Beach, a great place to cool off. Catch the Dolmus in the other direction and you will reach Fethiye with it's natural port and harbour, here you will see a fantastic array of sailing boats ready to take you on all manner of trips, for a few hours or a whole day. The Villa is in a great location if you want to step up the pace and be more energetic, you could try, water sports, quad bikes, paragliding. scuba, snorkelling, white water rafting and jeep safari!

Villa Location

Villa is located in Gunlukbasi (Serinkent Sitesi No:16) near Calis Beach, (pronounce Challis), it is near the town of Fethiye. Calis Beach (http://www.calis-beach.co.uk/cbinfo.htm) promenade is only a short 10 - 15 min walk from the Villa (or you can take a mini bus (dolmus) to get there, which is very cheap and frequent. Here you can find a great selection of restaurants, Turkish, English, Chinese, Indian etc. Again, you can go to Fethiye by mini bus (dolmus), although we tend to favour the Water Taxi which takes around 30 mins. This leaves from the centre of Calis Beach Promenade. It is a great way to start your evening and hopefully catch the magnificent sunsets on the way back.

Villa Lidya and Calis Area

Villa Lidya is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Stepping out onto the balconies at the back is like entering a tranquil oasis. All the properties and the grounds, which surround the beautiful pool, are very well looked after. The pool is usually very quiet, but there is an aqua park close by if you need to entertain the children. There are also plenty of things to do with lots of trips available.

The villa is in an ideal location (Calis area), situated within easy walk (10-15 minutes) of Calis beach/sea front and a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, an ideal place for a family holiday. The local dolmus (minibus) stop is on the corner of the villa, which will take you into Fethiye for connecting dolmus to do all your local tourist attractions, keeping the price down, will also drop you off at the villa, at the end of the evening, saving the walk after a tiring evening! . A water taxi from Calis beach is also available frequently to town.

Villa Lidya is situated on Calis Beach near Fethiye on the South West coast of Turkey. We are located on a small complex of just 22 villas set in large private gardens with swimming pool. There are plenty of bars restaurants and shops close by and it’s just a short Dolmus bus ride or water taxi to the market harbour town of Fethiye and the world famous Olu Deniz.

The Villa

Accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, both have en suite bathrooms and electric showers, and both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private balconies.

A fully equipped and air-conditioned separate kitchen has cooker, microwave and large fridge freezer, and separate freezer. The kitchen opens onto a large breakfast balcony overlooking the private gardens and communal pool.
The Lounge contains 2 double bed settees and has TV and a DVD. The lounge opens onto a large breakfast balcony overlooking the private gardens, and a communal pool. The Villa has a third bathroom and a large veranda with purpose built BBQ.
A washing machine, iron & board and hairdryers are also included. There is a safe to store valuables.
